Our Nation overcomes, grows, and leads because it is fueled by Associations and NAEF is proud to support American volunteerism and the right to associate!
NAEF believes in diversity, inclusion and equity in all forms and at all levels of society. Diversity is a fact. Equity is a choice. Inclusion is an action. Belonging is the outcome. NAEF supports the intentional modeling of a just working environment, one that is engaged in challenging intentional and unintentional forms of bias and discrimination while promoting wholesome, fair alternatives. We believe it is our duty not just to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity, but to be diverse, inclusive, and equitable professionals who foster a genuine sense of belonging and lead our community forward to a better and brighter tomorrow.
NAEF believes that education empowers everyone to do better, live better, and be better. The old proverb goes, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day but teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” We want to educate and empower as many members as possible to live their best lives and achieve their biggest dreams.
