Why Associations Exist
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
It’s not enough to know what NAEF does, we want you to know why we do it!
NAEF Believes in the Power of Association and recognizes the unique contributions membership organizations have had on the fabric of American life. Our Nation overcomes, grows, and leads because it is fueled by Associations and NAEF is proud to support American volunteerism and the right to associate!
NAEF believes in diversity, inclusion and equity in all forms and at all levels of society. Diversity is a fact. Equity is a choice. Inclusion is an action. Belonging is the outcome. NAEF supports the intentional modeling of a just working environment, one that is engaged in challenging intentional and unintentional forms of bias and discrimination while promoting wholesome, fair alternatives. We believe it is our duty not just to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity, but to be diverse, inclusive, and equitable professionals that foster a genuine sense of belonging and lead our community forward to a better and brighter tomorrow.
NAEF believes that education empowers everyone to do better, live better, and be better. The old proverb goes, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day but teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” We want to educate and empower as many members as possible to live their best lives and achieve their dreams.
Our Members Are All Part of the Same Community
The National Association Executives Forum was created by associations for associations to enhance the knowledge and skills of member organizations and their employees by providing education related to management, human resources, communications, health and welfare, and retirement issues. We understand the needs and challenges you face finding the right benefits to keep your staff happy because all of us face them, too.
Together, we leverage the power of associations to get better benefits for you and your staff. Association professionals just like you - CEOs, CFOs, HR directors, finance managers, and other administrative staff tasked with developing and maintaining the best employee benefits plans - are drawn to the National Association Executives Forum because of the trust and knowledge in our program.
